To many the holiday season is a time of gathering, connecting, and sharing time with loved ones. But between preparing meals, keeping the house clean, and searching for the perfect gift, the holiday's can be very stressful time.
Constipation occurs when bowel movements occur less than 3 times a week. Other symptoms may include stools are hard, dry or lumpy, or a feeling that not all of the stool has passed. While the length of time between bowel movements varies person to person, going longer than 3 days without a bowel movement is a sign that something is wrong.
High blood sugar, or hyperglycemia, is often related to diabetes and prediabetes. If left unmanaged, diabetes can lead to painful neuropathy symptoms.
Did you know that skin is the body's largest organ? That makes keeping your skin healthy very essential to a lasting and healthy life. When your skin is healthy, it protects you from elements both internal and external. When your skin's barrier is compromised, it leaves your body susceptible to dangers like skin lesions, sores, melanoma, and so much more.
